CADASTRAL SURVEY
We offer the following services in relation to land titles :-
Land Survey
- Preparation of Pre-computation plan for various land applications
- Preparation of plans for special purposes such as Land Acquisition, land Gazettement of Reserves and land conversion.
- Preparation of qualified title plans
- Application of Final Titles on behalf of the client.
- Undertake title survey works in respect of land alienation, subdivision, amalgamation, partition, acquisition and land Reserves to produce the related certified plans. We are now adopting the latest “field to finish” concept in executing the above task as required by the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia and the Licensed land Surveyors Board.
Strata Title survey
In respect of strata subdivision of highrise residential or commercial buildings for the issuance of individual strata title, we provide the following services :-
- Advising our clients on the compliance to Strata Titles Act 1985 requirements for the project before commencement of sales.
- Preparation of Index and storey plans by carrying out internal building and boundary survey including compilation of relevant documents for land office submission.
- Upon strata title application approval, preparation of certified plans for approval and subsequent deposit with the Department of Survey and Mapping.
- Monitoring and assisting land office in the registration of strata titles
- Advising related matters in relation to management corporation.
We provide consultancy advisory services on land development procedure and requirements for housing schemes, commercial centers and townships. Our vast knowledge in land laws and its application enable us to advise our clients on all aspect of land matters. We will provide the best possible solution by employing the appropriate development instrument as provided for under the National Land Code 1965, the strata Title Act 1981 and various other relevant Acts.
