TOPOGRAPHICAL / LAND SURVEY
Our topographical survey services related to the recording of property features in three dimension. The use of elevation allows the generation of land contours to be determined and the production of Digital Terrain Models – a crucial factor for many land uses. Natural and man made features are also noted such as embankments, ditches, trees, building structure and bodies of water. Data gathered from a detailed topographical survey are plotted on paper or in a computer environment as a map. These maps can be used for design or planning purposes.
The type of engineering survey that we offer are as below:
- Strip surveys for route type projects such as highways, roads, drainage and irrigation schemes. We also provide survey plans to depict profiles and section of the alignment and also calculation of earth volume (cut and fill) for the purpose of designing and planning.
- Demarcation, setting out and as built surveys for construction purposes.
- Detail and leveling surveys for reservoir site, tunnel, bridge, land reclamation, transmission line, water supply pipelines, gas pipelines and water treatment plants. We also provide high precision monitoring and verticality survey for highrise structures and land erosion areas.
